The Vision

Why Our Mission Needs A Home Base

“Build up, build up...Remove the obstacles out of the way of my people.”  Isaiah 57:14

The most fundamental question to ask when undertaking a project of such size and cost is: "Is a permanent home really necessary to our core mission of making disciples of Jesus?" This is a question we have prayed over and wrestled with together as a church for many years. As we considered our options and listened to God it has become clear that in our context building is a vital and sacrificial step of faith that God is asking us to make for His Kingdom.

A Secure Place of Ministry

A Secure Place of Ministry

Our current venue is increasingly unavailable. It is practically very difficult to continue our mission and ministry in spaces we cannot guarantee will be available, and we want to be a 7-days-a-week community space.

A Home To Reach The Next Generation

A Home To Reach The Next Generation

The fastest growing demographic at Lifepoint is kids and young people, bucking the national trend of rapid church decline in younger generations. We must steward this rare gift by creating spaces and environments that young people can call home, find authentic community, and learn to follow Jesus.

A Sign To Our Region

A Sign To Our Region

We love Moreton Bay and its people

At Lifepoint our heart is to create disciples, not buildings. But rightly or wrongly, Aussies struggles to trust and build long term relationship with organisations that are not permanently placed. We want to proclaim to our whole region that we are here to stay as a permanent feature of their daily lives for generations to come.
